Chamorro in the mission
Prubechu started in 2014 by Chef Shawn Naputi and business partner Shawn Camacho. A couple island boys born and raised on Guam had a vision and passion for sharing their Chamorro culture through food and hospitality. Prubechu serves classic flavors and dishes from Guam and the Mariana Islands. Chef Shawn interprets the classics by drawing inspiration from what is available seasonally and locally while maintaining the soul and integrity of each dish. At Prubechu you will find iconic Chamorro dishes as well as creative takes on flavors and experiences that we hold dear.
